Subject – Complaint about the frequent breakdown of electricity in my locality.

Respected Sir, 

      Our locality is facing the problem of the frequent breakdown of electricity, I am writing this letter to draw a kind attention of the local authorities towards this problem through your honored newspaper. The residences of the area are in a problematic situation due to the frequent power cut.

A sudden and frequent power cut in the locality causing darkness on the roads and there a great chance of causing accidents over the road. Due to the power cut students cannot study properly at night. Also there is a chance of robbery in the houses. People are not feeling comfortable living alone in the houses. We have made a lot of requests in the MS-DCI office to look into the matter but they didn’t work on that. Please publish this article in your esteemed daily so that the authorities should focus on that and take any action against the situation. So that we will be free from the current worst condition of the electricity breakdown.

Ans. Mobile phone is a wonderful gift of science. It is a gift to society. It has revolutionized the world of communication. Now a man can have communication anywhere, anytime to anyone sitting thousands of kilometers away from him. Though a small instrument, it can perform big functions. The latest version of it offers many great facilities including music system, photography, internet, computer, etc. It is, in fact, an improved version of landline phone which has facilitated communication. Now we can talk whether we are in car, bus, train or aeroplane. Mobile phones have received overwhelming response from all across the world. Now everyone has a mobile phone. It is useful for all. A businessman uses it to keep in touch with his clients, customers, his workers and other associates affiliated to him. It has contributed to his business expansion. Even green grocer and plumber have a mobile phone. It helps them in their business dealings. Almost all the big cities are well-connected by the mobile phones. Even in remote villages mobile facility is available. Many big companies have come into this field. Severe competition among them has caused to a fall in the prices of the instrument and cost of the services as well. As a result, now even middle class and lower middle class people find it convenient to afford mobile. This has led to increase in ten density in India. Mobile phones is a boon for we humans as it makes our life easy. Rather than misusing it we should make optimum utilization of it for our benefit.

The world health organization has declared corona virus an epidemic. TheCorona virus is 900 times smaller than human hair. The Virus infection started in Decem ber in Wuhan, China. Corona Virus has a firstfever fol lowed by a dry cough & than trouble breathing. In severe cases of Corona Virus, pneumonia, excessive breathing Kidney failure and even death can occur.

Ans.The three ways in which the author’s grandmother spent her days after he grew up are by spinning wheel, reciting prayers and feeding the sparrows.

(ii) Describe the mental condition of voyagers on 48.5 january.

Ans.On January 4 and 5 the voyagers felt relieved as after the continuous pumping for 36 hours the water had nearly been drained out. They had their first meal in almost two days. However their respite was short-lived. They faced dangerous situation on January 5 as the sea got worse during the night.

(iii) What were the results of the CT scan?

What differences did you notice between the reaction of the adults and the children when faced with danger?”

Ans.There was lot of difference between the way in which the adults and children reacted when they faced danger. The adults lost hope and waited for their end with a heavy heart. At this point, they were motivated by the children. The children offered moral support to the adults.

Ans.The address of the lady helped her in searching out the house of the lady. But now she wanted to forget the address as after visiting the house of the lady she found how the belongings of her mother were kept in a strange manner. These had lost all their emotional value for the narrator.

(ii) Did the boys return the horse because they were conscious stricken or because they were afraid?

Ans.They were not afraid but were guilt stricken when they met a pure-hearted soul like John, who couldn’t even think of people of their clan stealing, even after he said it was confirmed that the horse

resembled his, just like twins.
